I think he has a 3 options here. He can shave his head is the obvious one. But I'll throw another couple out there. I think the first picture is the best one for him, not sure he could get away with the dreads. As for option 4, Steve serving offal to the fans is what he's been doing for a while now!!!
He cannot be expected to please everyone, after all Sunderland's safety this season is very much in his hands and his continuing assistance is certainly appreciated in some quarters
