Shola will came back as our manager and will go down in history as the man who led us back into the football league
Nev, stop playing with peoples minds. You cant make things like this up about the Shola God. But, in all seriousness, he'd be perfect as Player-Manager. Bring back Shola...
Can someone explain to me why it is that McLaren never comes out for the start of the second half? I cannot understand why he always meanders out after the game has kicked off. What the hell is he doing? It definitely isn't finalising tactics, that's for sure.
For some reason seeing our team in the dressing room seems to remind him that he needs a ****. Can't imagine why!!!
I'm just staggered by this interview: http://www.skysports.com/watch/video/sports/football/10189499/mcclaren-we-deserved-a-point What a load bollocks.
Apparently there is a guy at Palace who may be out of a job shortly - maybe we are waiting on him so we don't have to pay any compensation.
Its a bit of a Mexican stand off between Ashley and managers I reckon. McClaren and formally 'Pards' don't want to walk away and forego a handsome pay off and Ashley doesn't want to pay them off so sits on his chubby little hands waiting for them to go. Its a great business model and all part of 'The Structure'
McClaren should have been sacked at Xmas. It was obvious to anyone with eyes at that stage that this wasn't going to work. We now have no good choice. We can get rid and saddle some poor sap with an inadequate number of games to save our skins. You've instantly narrowed your options, as it is now a poisoned chalice again. I do wonder what goes on in the corridors of SJP. There appears to be no thought process or decisive action. They will stick with him and we will go down. It would not surprise me if they kept him on down in the championship such is the baffonery of this season.
I very recently watched a brilliant documentary on Netflix called last days of the Vietnam war. I mention this for 2 reasons. 1. I very much recommended that anyone with an interest in such things check it out. It was brilliant. 2. McClaren reminds me of the U.S Ambassador. Don't worry all will be ok. We'll turn it around...don't worry it's no problem (all the while looking more stressed and losing more hair) don't worr...oh fek Just imagine of he is still in charge come the Derby and we loose. He'll be calling for a helicopter evacuation from the roof!
I honestly expected to wake up this morning and see McLarens departure all over the sports pages. Either he had resigned, left my mutual consent or was plain and simple fired. But no, he remains, it's unbelievable how this club is prepared to tolerate abject failure, time and time again. The arrogant idiot, as BRS has pointed out so eloquently is a low life bottom feeder, he ought to fall on his sword and force the change. Surely even a Wally like him can see what's going to happen if something doesn't change, and soon. Money is surely the root of this particular evil
Its a very simple decision to make. Look at Derby last year, he could not turn it around and he got sacked. He had a better class of players than most teams in the league, but yet still managed to fail. If he could not stop their loosing run, how do we expect him to turn our ship around? Get Rid Now, anyone is better than him litterally anyone, we would be more successful with any other available manager right now.
You have to wonder wtf Lee Charnley is playing at. McClaren should have been out on his ear after the game. Giving him the Bournemouth game is ****ing suicidal. He will play his ****e, negative 4-5-1 yet again. I didn't think that I could despise someone as much as I did Pardew, but McClaren is plumbing new depths. Imagine where would be if we had got him last season when we were after him????
