Charnley and Moncur pictured meeting someone at Central. The picture was taken prior to the cross Country train arriving as the labour councillor who took it had to get their own train. I looked at arrivals and there were two trains coming in around that time from Edinburgh and Glasgow, the only other train of any notebility was from London Kings Cross.

to be fair, it could still be anyone, Rafa's family are actually based in Liverpool and Rodgers is supposidely still in Liverpool and Moyes could be coming in from Scotland or Manchester, this pic doesnt really confirm much, but hopefully we are edging closer to some kind of announcement!
