Given our overall position, and taking onboard some upturn in results over recent weeks (Stoke aside in particular) I'm slightly surprised Terry isn't being kept until the season end in his position as head coach, with Shota coming in as Manager with Terry reporting to him?
I suspect the above would lead to the least disruption over the balance of the season. If Terrys contract runs until the end of the season not exactly a huge investment for another five and a half months. Lots of ifs buts and maybes, as nobody knows fully what's going on behind the scenes and what individuals may or may not agree to!
That all said, Acun at face value is a shrewd and successful business person who enjoys his football, and if he wants only his own people in from the start then I can fully understand that stance and support it fully.
Bottom line is relief that The Allams have eventually departed to be replaced by someone who wants to invest in the club, help engage with its fans once more and plan for a higher level of success, you can't help but love the guys enthusiasm!. For that welcome Acun, you've paid handsomely to become our new custodian, and I for one am looking forward to the ride ahead.
Totally agree. If they don't want him and it's out for all to see on the Net then have the decency to let him go.
Unless, they are giving him the opportunity of saying goodbye to everyone.
You wouldn't want him there to take training though.

This really isn't a good look for the new owner. Seems pretty awful to get Grant to take training today, and we've still not had official confirmation
Why's it the new owners fault? The media are to blame here.... Nobody has said anything bar them. Grant is getting on with the Job he's paid to do untill he's told otherwise.
Someone's leaked it from their side and they've then confirmed it to HDM, Humberside etc. So get it done
Leaked or yet more speculation? Because ATM it's nothing more then speculation. The local media have jumped on it and are twisting the knife at every opportunity. It's bordering on embarrassing how desperate they come across as wanting it to happen.
Sources? I've not seen anything substantial anywhere. The single thing that seems to support McCann going is that post about learning English from Shota. Thaf is assuming he actually posted it.
