Tough one this.. Like many I think Grant should have been sacked after getting us relegated, but to be fair to him he got us straight back up again. This season, with very little financial backing, (a few free transfers and the odd loan?) he's doing ok and with a little help from Acun in the January transfer window, would have kept us up.
I get it though, a new owner usually wants their own manager.. I can't say im thrilled about bringing someone in that has no experience managing in the english leagues, especially when the aim next season is promotion. Surely you'd want to bring in the best manager you can attract that has actual experience getting clubs promoted.
