Hes a Polish U21 international and looks a really good prospect. Im abit confused why a higher quality team wouldnt want him on loan??

Same here, I've never quite understood why he hasn't had more opportunities in general because he does look promising.

I figured the Eastleigh loan was a favour to Donald's old club, if I'm remembering right that he used to own them. It's game time at least.

They might do yet Tees, he looks a prospect to me and I was expecting him to get his chance here this season, it could have something to do with S.D. him being loaned out to Eastliegh, its a win win really as he is currently only third choice here.

Yeah - I'm surprised that Birmingham aren't looking to replace Lee Camp yet. <laugh>

Well at least he will get some playing time at Eastleigh . I'm all for getting a few other youngsters out on loan as long as it's improving their development and not missing games sat on the bench.

Just realised he's 22 years old. Thought he was much younger for some reason.

I agree Tees. Yes he's getting game time but you'd think we'd be looking for a higher standard than where he's gone to.

I'm just assuming we're doing Eastleigh a favour given our links with them but next season he needs to be looking higher up the leagues if he goes back out on loan.

I forgot about the Eastleigh connection. Its different for a keeper going on loan to what an outfield player is because a shots a shot or a cross is a cross at the end of the day no matter if your Ronaldo or Joe bloggs.
Playing infront of a half decent crowd 3pm on a Sat would have been better for him though.

Don’t think it matters really. Keepers have a much longer potential career length. Means they can start later but still have a longer career

Yeh, I mentioned that above, about having longer careers. I guess it depends on just how well his career is developing, what stage he's at.

Eastleigh GK announced his retirement a few games into the season, to take up a coaching position. SD doing them a big favour until they get a new keeper in.

But any experience is good experience for him imo
