Just interested why you didn’t ask this 3 or 4 games ago when he was playing well and leave it until he has a couple of off days. Why not ask the same about McGeady who has been off the boil for quite some time too?

It seems a knee jerk to me. And pretty much in the vein of “one swallow does not a summer make”

I’ve criticised him in my own circle of friends since the day he signed
I’ve never rated him in any capacity and certainly not as a captain
Never seen him be a positive influence in any game
Never seen him dominate a game
I was interested in getting a broader view with his contract coming to an end
Certainly not knee jerk in any way shape or form

Oh he’s at his level. Might be ok as a minimal filler in in the championship at a lower end but I’d be hoping we’re signing better. Good enough fir this level imo
