I'll agree it seems just like passion at first but it'll wear you out eventually. You'll get sick of it after a while, the screaming at the defence and making stupid hand gestures that noone knows what they mean or even if what he's signalling would be beneficial. The aggression at conceding a goal is - although understandable - not really ideal. Goalkeepers are supposed to have good leadership qualities, and staying calm and composed is a biggy. One of the reasons we like Lonergan so much more is because he stays calm at all times. It also helps that he's freaking amazing - as good a shot stopper as Schmeichel and more of a presence. He handles crosses far better as well.

Well daddy Schmeichel wasn't exactly a calm player, and he's still regarded as one of the best keepers ever!

Schmeichel Junior has the DNA for it, so he was always going to have natural ability. I don't believe he's going to go as far as his dad did - his attitude will get in the way. He's arrogant because he'll have grown up with special treatment from coaches because he's the son of a legend.
