If Pochettino wants him gone, then Levy will put him and
the eventual buyer through the appropriate hell before

Exactly. Why would I post it on a thread dedicated to our manager.
He is the DOF of our club-hence I posted on ''club watch''

 

I ought to say first of all that I wish Danny Rose well as a human being, and hope that he's able to deal with his troubles successfully.

Secondly, the story at this point is to me a new one. I've never seen someone turn on his club like he did, then beg forgiveness. I may have been more incensed than most about Rose's comments, since it seemed to me asking for a move may be bad, but unsettling the club, which it seemed to me he was doing, was far worse.

Maybe he is merely asking for forgiveness as a tactical move, but I doubt it. He seems like a genuinely troubled person. In any case, I trust Pochettino's judgment. There's a case to be made that players who go beyond the pale need to be gotten rid of. On the other hand, there's something to be said for rewarding contrition if it's genuine.

In any case, I'm pleased the fans have enough sense to realize that booing him does nothing but take money out of their club's pockets.
