Subbing his Captain and most consistent CB, to then go and concede two more goals in the 2nd half, was a dumb move. Also he made another substitution right before a set piece which led to City's 2nd goal, schoolboy error. By the end, when he had Cuadrado and Falcao on the pitch, he looked like a man who had run out of ideas.

With regard to the last bit. That's a bit like saying we didnt look like title contenders from 04 to 06 (which we didnt. As much as chelsea didnt look like contenders in 06-07 we certainly did. We would have beaten CFC that season into second even if they were tbh.

(1) How does he explain Maureen's comments about being the better team in the 2nd half equate, when they conceded twice as many goals as they did in the first ?
(2) How does Maureen's comment 'we had not one single problem in the 2nd half' explain the fact that they conceded two goals ?
(3) How does Maureen's comment 'we dominated' equate, when it took Chelsea until the 70th minute to even have a shot on target ?
