Maureen will survive Christmas and even if he finishes 6th or 7th the board can't lose face and sack him in the summer.

The least Chief can do is PM me and we could come up with some kind of arrangement.

So his fault there is spending lots of money (which obviously Liverpool never do...) and being too good early on in the season (as racing into an unassailable lead is cheating?). Other teams should consider trying to get massive leads too, I'm amazed none of them have thought of it as you make it sound so simple.

Just pointing out that Man Utd can write this season off already, and if they're not top four by November next season they can save their time and sack him early <ok>
