I've had a monster injection in my hip (dye for x-ray) they had to keep putting it in and out in different places and it kept hitting my bone, haha, it was bloody **** I can tell you.

I HATE injections

 

Proschwitz will be dead chuffed. Have to say he's got to do well in the cups now because I can't see him getting a shout for a while.

 

I wonder when he will say something to the press. (or maybe his agent)

 

Great to hear Fryatt is on his way back. However, he is some way off the starting 11 by the sounds of it. As others have said he will start back on the bench (and our bench is looking stronger all the time) and terrorise some poor defense or other when Simpson and Aluko have run them ragged for 75 minutes or so

 

Actually, as a defender, the last player you want coming off the bench is McLean!!!
