I dont rate Ince at all, not good enough for the level we should be aspiring to.

 

Maybe not currently but he has flashes of brilliance and will be a top prem player in future. He'd be a good squad player and if he keeps developing at the rate he was last season he'd be a starter a year down the line I reckon. Wed treble what wed pay now in two or three seasons
