When one of your cms is shelvey you need someone like hayden... He does all the ugly stuff... Tbh I hate shelvey.. He offers nothing but a long ball.... The problem is in our side we rarely have the ball, so wtf does he do off it? Nothing

I agree. The fact is when he ****s up the tackles he’s on the floor and we are down to ten men because he’s on the floor. You could argue That the tackles are a direct result of his lack of reading a game. You rarely see top sides now making crunching tackles because they are in the positions to intercept passes.

His agent has obviously realised that calling NUFC's bluff didn't work and no-one else wanted someone with less than 10 starts to their name.

He was offered £20k a week which they then increased to £25k a week.
