    Easily the best I've seen from Wellington. He was my MOTM.

    I'm still undecided about whether he's the solution for next season, because what we'll be wanting from our Championship LB (or LWB depending on formation) is very different to what we needed today. But what we needed today, he provided superbly.

    Phew, we got there.

    Rusk actually got it spot on today.
    Someone posted earlier about how much space we were giving them out wide but I think it was deliberate because City really love to play through the middle. There were times when the 3 CBs and the 2 FBs were narrower than the 18 yard box yet we were still getting out to stop crosses and forcing them to constantly aim for the back post to head the ball back into the middle. And we were getting bodies in the middle to win the knock backs.
    I think it helped that Haaland doesn’t stray too far from the centre of the pitch because our CBs weren’t being dragged out wide following him and opening up gaps to be exploited.
    A really good defensive performance.

    Sorry I know we're all delighted and I am too but I honestly think this is an utter embarrassment for the club to post on official channels.

    Today is a day for the fans to celebrate and the fans only as far as I'm concerned.

    The club itself should be ****ing ashamed that reaching 12 points in May after a 0-0 without having a shot is such a cause for celebration.

    Bar a few obvious exceptions most of the football club can get ****ed tbh.
