What has happened to Matty Philipps? I think he was in the group that went to Germany? Did he go to Ireland? Not sure if he has played much pre - season but I for one am expecting great things from him this season. He's not re injured?

Noticed in one of the preseason vids that he was wearing shorts with long white socks pulled up to the knees, this would have earned you a kicking where I went to school, maybe Matty's bruises are still showing.
