Unfortunately I don't have access to users real names otherwise I'd use them, X. The ref's assessor would have made an allowance for the situation I reckon, but this ref is probably one of these jobsworth Nazis you find everywhere you go these days, people too scared to think for themselves.
His name's not x. I missed the actual incident but from what I've heard, under the letter of the laws of the game he had to be sent off. Referee's should not tailor the laws of the game to suit imo
Yes he did and yes they should. You cant start thinking "aww, bless him. They dont deserve that so I'll let himk off". It's preposterous.
That is what I meant. Under the laws of the game he had to be sent off, but just because it would be a shame for Duke to send him off the refs cannot tailor the laws to allow him to stay on. In case that wasn't clear
