I actually ache like ****, getting into the RIB yesterday in a 2 metre swell, bollocked me up. My legs went like jelly. I was shaking with the effort. I must have looked like A walrus on heat
It really is ****ing scary isn't it. I got caught in a rip in Crete some years ago and I had no experience whatsoever. I'm trying to swim toward the beach, but I'm going backwards out to sea, I honestly thought my time had come. I managed to get my head together and tried swimming across the flow, thankfully this worked and I'm still here to bore you lot death. Without snorkel and flippers I was fish food.
Did that in Cancun 12 years ago…. went for a morning run on the beach, no one around and decided to cool off in the sea.. mistake… i think i swallowed more than i tried to swim in. I have no idea how I got back to the shelf thing, someone was watching over me..
Quite a good game for a neutral this. Well a neutral that ****ing hates scousers. Cmon City! Penalties!
****ing hell. Some cracking saves by the Man C goalie there. Now to start pissing off the ****ing scousers I know. And the plastic Liverpool fans I know. Them the most.
Same here. Only on Roker Beach in Sunderland. 30 years ago. Still wake up in a cold sweat at times. I was fit and a strong swimmer at the time. Now? No chance.
There seems to be a common theme here. Cats do hate water after all. Edit: Stay out of the water Mel, stay out of the water!
