Redmond has been like an upgraded version of Adrian Forbes this first half <ok>

I see Pulis have quickly installed the long throw ins into the box and hoofing the balls up lol.

Good 1st half performance, hoping for a second goal so I can breath easier.

From what I have seen, on a truly awful stream, Wes and Redders are swapping wings all the time. No idea what the formation actually is supposed to be, but whatever it is - it's not rigid.

It's not a rigid 4-4-2 it's a little like a diamond with Wes and Redmond taking it in turns to come central. Olson has been terrific covering the wings though when Wes and Redmond are out if position. He is even bombing forward when he can to give overlaps on the wings. Excellent to watch.

Can't believe it we are so different.

Dodgy stream. But Olsson has looked real class. And I have been very critical of Redmond in the past, but here I think he really has worked for the good of the team. Hoolahans performance makes me wonder why he hasn't been started for so long.

Elmander has the brain but sometimes it looks as if he doesn't have the body. Still a bit worried about Russell Martin. I hate to say that because he has done so much for the club.

Howson has looked a bit shaky today.

So far so good. Can my heart take much more?

It's probably at least in part being up against a poor side.I was worried it might be another Cardiff.

Ditto, but a bit of credit to TP and Palace, they are not really playing with every player in the box, which is really useful for us <ok>

West Ham game people said we were lucky, now if we win this game it will be because it's only Palace =P

To be fair, I think Palace have done ok so far and unlucky with hitting the goal post (same with us).

I am not saying Palace are crap, just they are not giving us too much to worry about today (so far). I have seen them play better this season, so I know they can up their game, although still a bit goal shy as are Norwich.

I should also add that Hooper took the goal very very well. This is because I have been rather doubtful about his ability over the last few weeks.

I was rather saying the reverse, that we had a run of poor results because we were up against top rate opposition.
