Agree, lets hope the second half doesn't see Utd resorting to the sort of dangerous tackling they've hit us with before. What about Victor Wanyama's first half performance then....from the first moment I saw him play I thought he was a great prospect and it seems he grows in stature with every game! No weaknesses whatsoever in the team in that first half performance - need another goal or three though!

Good to see Commons returning to the team, some decent touches from him but we do need to be finishing teams off. Another 3 points.

We lost our composure after they scored which was a bit of a worry. Kept punting the ball up front and giving possession back to Utd.

Still, we lost a late goal and ended up drawing in the corresponding fixture last season so getting the three points was all important.

Don't understand why we don't finish the game off - could easily have been out of sight in the first half. Maybe the team likes to give fans a tough time! Good score forecast from OSP. Another 3 points in the bag!

Surprising Celtic were clearly the better team 1st half and started 2nd half really well. Utd goal came from nothing. some strike, surely he should have been put on pressure. I thought at first it was clearly big Forster's fault, now not too sure.
Celtic just about held enough rhythm to finish up 2-1.
It would be difficult to blame any player as all seemed to do well but 2-1 wasn't the result that we deserved but if we win every game 2-1 I will be happy enough, if I survive with my heart.

Three home games 2-0 up and in easy street , killie , pars and utd all ended 2-1 job done , lets be honest we were very poor today Rogne apart , most got pass marks but that isn't good enough for Celtic we need more , Brown today was awful , the only reason we got through that nervous last 15 mins was sub Kris Commons, I know I am being hard that is 11 in a row , but flash backs today we've thrown away 2-0 leads twice before to utd , ps utd will put the Huns out of the Scottish cup if they play like that

Will be interesting to see how Rangers fare against them at home on 5th Feb. Wonder why you say we were poor? First half, we were excellent but didn't capitalize enough on our dominance. Second half - yes, poor overall in terms of pressing the ball and closing players down but I couldn't say any one player was to blame....at the end of the day we were in control. However, my internet connection was a bit stop and start so I have to bow to your 'live' observations of the game.

I only saw the first half. My computer is even more wrecked now. I would have commented before but i can only get internet less than half the time on my phone. I straddle the lamentable division on my island which is a moveable invisible line to the phone companies.

We became complacent at 2-0. Started playing keep ball. Nice to watch but without any real penetration. Should have looked to get the 3rd goal then stroll the rest of the game.

We've been guilty of that a few times lately. We did the same around this time last season, difference being we dropped points then. This time we're walking away with the three points. Sign of maturity among the players and management?

Harry I think that Forrest could well replace one of, Sammy, Stokes and Hooper. All three had good spells yesterday but I thought it was absolutely terrible the way Stokes got into Brown's way. Brown was bearing in on goal and Stokes with his back to goal tried to rob him of ball.
Anthony, will have to overcome his greed because at times he can be lethal and can have good link play.
I agree Rogne, was brilliant and it shows that it doesn't necessary need to have a big rough centre back against a big rough centre forward Daly.
However I thought everyone played well at times but probably just did not get the pace high enough and for the goal and for long spells after it two many balls were coming in around our back four. We might have missed Kayal today.

Rogne is a gem if he stays fit , reading he trains every second day away from the first team , they must have a special training plan for him , lets hope it works

This hunk of junk computer is on life support.

Before it dies, I thought Sammy's hustle to get the corner for Victors goal was fantastic, as was taking the corner very fast. We did all these things at pace last week at Peterheeeeeed. Same in the first 45 yesterday.

Mentally we have been undone in Yuurup by switching off at set plays. It looks like that lesson is being applied to the rest of the SPL just now.
