As I was getting dressed this morning and slipping on my socks that has the colour RED on them, RED patterns or are indeed coloured RED, I realised that I have had this rediculous superstition all of my ancient life, man and boy.

Every Bristol City FC matchday I always have to wear these bloody style of socks, I never fail with with this bit of matchday madness, every Christmas or Birthday, you've got it, someone gives me a pair of socks with RED influences, I have a bloody drawer full.

Do any of you suffer from these superstitions or matchday mad habits? If City lose do you fret or blame yourself because you forgot to do your Matchday Madness Duty, I do especially if I put those dam, ugly blue things on my wretched feet.

Up the City!!

no superstition, but read a survey on mens mannerisms and dressing procedures ..... 95% of men put on the left sock first! cant remember the footwear status figures but lowest was about 80 - 85% left, Shoes/slippers/ boots/wellies /etc ....

I don’t have any clothing superstitions really regards to City apart from not wearing colours to an away game. That’s more to do with safety though.
I have learnt to be very nervous from about 70 minutes into a game though since NP has been in charge if we are winning and at 90+ minutes I have no hair or fingernails left…….
