Wtf is a matchday experience? I just go to the footie every other Saturday.

The term does annoy quite a few people as I've found out. Ultimately I needed to find out satisfaction levels RE queue times and matchday entertainment (entertainment other than the match itself), and this was the most appropriate term I could come up with.

I'm a season ticket holder myself at Shrewsbury Town and I think that whilst clubs can't guarantee satisfaction on the pitch, they can do more to keep fans relatively happy.

We were all given a free ice cream (with flake!) at the Swansea game....that did more for my match day enjoyment than any entertainment that can imagined.
