Give over, ticket office.

That would require the hiring staff who's only purpose would be to improve supporter experience.

**** that.

The term does annoy quite a few people as I've found out. Ultimately I needed to find out satisfaction levels RE queue times and matchday entertainment (entertainment other than the match itself), and this was the most appropriate term I could come up with.

I'm a season ticket holder myself at Shrewsbury Town and I think that whilst clubs can't guarantee satisfaction on the pitch, they can do more to keep fans relatively happy.

Our owners simply ****ing off would guarantee satisfaction, generate far bigger crowds & make the fans happier than they've ever been.

Entertainment wise the best game I saw last season was Shrewsbury v Oxford. No glory hunters there that day, and it was plain to see what the win for Shrewsbury meant to their fans and players.

That was a massive win for us, the first under Paul Hurst. That little chip in the last minute to seal it after they had a dangerous looking free kick was celebrated long into the night!
