No. Season ticket holders have till end of business on 19th to renew. When I spoke to them yesterday they told me there wasn't a chance in hell they'd go general sale on 20th May.
What's going on here you couple of ****s? I've got my money ready is it the 20th or the 19th or neither.
It's neither mate. Season ticket holders have till the 19th. Can't order new tickets, can't move seats, can't change standing order dates at the moment. Once they have all the relevant info on renewals a further announcement will be made publicly. It will then be a scramble through the random generator as to who gets lucky for season tickets. Box Office staff didn't even know renewals were happening till yesterday morning.
Yo, just picking your brains. So I'm buying season tickets for my dad and me. I have an account, he will create his account. Am I right in thinking we need to make sure our customer numbers are linked to accounts, and on the day of purchasing the tickets, I assign his customer number to the 2nd ticket?
Double check, but if you went to matches together earlier in the season and had to fill in the Covid stuff, they may be linked already but double check.
So Once Upon a time in a land far far away. You went online, clicked tickets, picked seats, clicked checkout and boom went to the game. Now you have to go online at 10am and it will give you a random number to join a ridiculous long queue. You then get 10 mins to complete your purchase. Think B&Q during Covid.
I think the reason for the change is, in the old system, because too many people would select the same seats at the same time, and it would cause massive issues.
I'll just get on the website 10 mins early out of habit of getting their early, and then pray to jesus. If you all weren't aware at just how random random is, I got there 1 hour early for the Arsenal tickets, and was 3500th in the queue.
