    Away tickets - random ID checks at grounds. If the ID doesn't correspond then loyalty points and ST will be cancelled.

    Zeeo tolerance and suggests that names will be on away tickets.

    It doesn't have to , but you maximise profits wherever possible. The new owners aren't here to give money away.

    The value of the product has increased.

    Then why doesn't he understand that the value of the product has increased.

    I think people just like to complain and customers in particular, but in this case they seem to be expecting the new owners to offer them a significantly better product but without having to pay more for it.... would they prefer Mike Ashley's product?

    It's like complaining you're driving a Ford Fiesta and when being offered the chance to drive a Mercedes complaining that it will cost more.

    I personally feel they're being unreasonable, but I do understand people don't like paying more and feeling like companies owe them a favour.

    I paid 55 quid for some ground up lentils today.

    I agree with that I'm talking the increase in general which is what I've seen people moaning about on YouTube twitter etc.

    I'm not Dr evil I understand people being upset, but there's a harsh reality here.

    Selling unlimited memberships while not disclosing full facts is something out of the Mike Ashley playbook.

    None of us are complaining about price increases. You’ve not heard me, trev, Hung etc complain about our price hikes once. Difference being we all do have our own businesses and perhaps understand and appreciate marketing and customer satisfaction more than what has so far been shown by the club recently. Yet we’re being told we’re wrong and you’re right when it comes to understanding business.

    This was the original post ... there's no exclusivity there in regards to the names involved.

    It was a general comment aimed specifically at the fans complaining about price.
