Indeed. Where to go from here? A loss to S.W. itself is not big thing. However, the recent run is terrible and really taints last season and the foundations laid by the Pozzos. Ah, to be a Watford fan, sort of like a fairground ride of ups and downs compared to the rollacoaster of Man City! lol
I just don't understand what is going on .. It has to be tactics..... as we were still apparently passing it around the half way mark with mins to go.... PLUS we need another man up front.... and not FF
We need Ipswich to not play Scott Loach. Ex-Hornets always do well and we do not need a goalkeeper playing a good game.
We have failed to score at home in 6 hours!!! no belief, lack of confidence, strange tactics and many players used over the last few weeks with none of them providing the missing spark. I am very sorry but the buck can only after the last few games stop in one place.
I don't know where we go from here. Lack of confidence and belief in the players. I cannot see an English manager coming in, the Pozzos only seem to appoint people they know. I still think that the system has let the manager down. The players we have been asked to weld into a team have not been good enough and some of the ones who looked good last season have not performed. I don't think that Deeney is good enough to play up front on his own, but we have not signed a player who can play up front with him.
Agreed... and with another play to work with deeney we would have scored a few and made all the difference
Once again our tactics were completely wrong - Wednesday have done what team after team after team coming to Watford have done, scored a goal and defended knowing full well we can't break down a 10 man defence. Zola continues to get the team to play passing to nowhere and so we get nowhere. HE HAS TO GO NOW!!!! ZOLA OUT ZOLA OUT ZOLA OUT - there I've said it and mean it
Your problem is you know how to play pretty attacking football, which is great when it works like it did last season, but you also had Vydra. When it doesn't work you've no plan B. You've been found out, essentially.
