Ditto - and all without Britt Pity Southport and York both lost though - two wins there would have been an even bigger kick in the guts for the scummers.
Yep, agree on both parts. If/when Mapps leaves then Id be okay if Bennett and Nosworthy is our first choice CB pairing. Nosworthy and Taylor is a big no no for me though. Nosworthy's passing and distribution can be dodgy and Taylor just hoofs it. Ive already said in a previous comment that our best performances this season have been whilst we have had Kightly and Alex K on loan, not a coincidence for me either. McGinn is not the answer as he is not a winger. He's not a wide midfield player either although he has played in that position before. If only Forsyth had pace and was a good dribbler of the ball!!!!! Aaaarrrghhhh!!!
A tired-looking team employing the wrong tactics. Blackpool's defence could have dealt with those high balls all day. Yeates doesn't seem able to deliver good enough crosses when he has the chance amd Murray looked as though he needs a break. Eustace and Hogg isn't the right balance...so much so that Hogg even seems to be missing tackles he was making a few games ago. He gets frustrated quickly too and bookings are always on the cards. We don't have enough skill on the ball or pace with that line up...Hodson, Mariappa and Bennett would all get in the back four ahead of those who played on Friday. Dyche's priority between now and next season is to find a few players who are comfortable on the ball and can see a good pass (as long as others take the trouble to find space!). Despite the brace at Leeds I don't think there's much future in a Deeney/Iwelumo partnership up front.
OMG!!!! I got on TV!!! If you get to see the highlights on the BBC i am the one in the signed shirt behind Holloway!!! http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/17558877 [NSFW] [/NSFW]
That pretty much sums it all up. Hopefully Dyche feels the same way or at least see's these problems.
