I just get an image in my head of Dilli being a complete mental case. Am I right or are you lot exaggerating
Does anyone need a lift incidentally? I've got a great big 7 seater with only 3 of us going. I won't charge too much
You can park underneath the Itchen toll bridge for free for 5 hours. Then a 15 minute walk to the ground and a quick drive out on to the M27, parking in town will take hours and hours - and costs a fiver! Looking forward to the game, first team this season at St. Mary's a team will play for more than a point!
The best we can hope for, I think. Only two clear days rest after that "war" against St Gallen is just not enough recovery time. We will be very leggy and nowhere near sharp enough to properly compete against a very good and confident Southampton outfit. The fixture should have been played on Monday night as the extra 24 hours rest might well have made a difference. As it is, I'm expecting us to lose. The only silver lining I can see is that we are heading into a two week break. With this in mind, our players can really go for it knowing they will have some decent rest time immediately after.
I agree this will be a really tough test after Thursday nights game. We will be doing well to come away with a point against a good team. We have some important must win games coming up after the break - hope games against Sunderland and West Ham followed by the trip down the M4. We must be looking to get 7 points from those three.
Dilli, just a quick pointer. You forgot to mention where the titty bars are in the OP , I mean what kind of match thread doesn't give directions to the nearest strip clubs ?? Sort yourself out fella ffs !
As I said before if we play like we did yesterday on Sunday it will get very messy, im already fearing this game (which I actually prefer as we tend to do better when I don't expect us to!) from the defensive aspect of things, Southampton give us trouble with our first choice line up so playing the likes of Dwight out wide could be a bit of a worry ! id be happy with a point
Another week, another predicted loss for us from Lawro. We'd be 18th with no wins by his reckoning now. He's a ****ing prick.
