We turned up at your place in numbers, took the piss in your pubs, walked through your town as if it was our own, without opposition, like a home match for us. <laugh>

That performance by Watford was absolutely superb, I really hope this team stays together for next season with perhaps 2 or 3 quality (over quantity) players to join us. I am very upbeat for next season!!!!
    C'mon u ORNS!

Very true YV, an excellent display and Beppe has admitted we got caught going for a winner. If we can play like that and sort out the away form maybe we can progress next season.

There is a remarkable new invention that may not have reached the homes in certain backwoods areas such as yours. It's known as television, and, amazingly, it allows close ups of both scenes and sounds of anywhere a thing called a camera happens to be pointed at - therefore affording a better all-round indication of what is happening.

You should try venturing into a big city one day to see if you can buy one - you wouldn't regret it, and may even learn a little.

I was there however. One of the quietest away supports I have seen all season, no different in the town and pubs than any other teams supporters I have seen all season, to be honest nothing different than any other game. For some reason the Ipswich fans still think it was some major day out and they were something special. To be honest, forgotten about by the next game. Not quite sure why they think they were something special?

So funny, fill up a crappy spoons pub and claim to have taken over a town! If that's the best that Suffolk can offer, it's laughable. Get well and truly beaten by a team below you and all you can claim is we "took your pubs and high street" - laughable, truly laughable. Until you equalised, there was hardly a sound from the travelling hoards - still I suppose they were getting over taking a spoons and were wiping the stains away.

We're just two small teams in the Championship - the best, most competitive league in the world.

You are a moron, you really are!! I spoke to many decent Hoops fans and they agreed the ref and lino were very generous, especially in the corner when Ravel went down like he had been shot, yet there was no contact.

Thank you Raving, you and many of your fans are decent people. It was a pleasant day out and we simply lost concentration at two key moments and allowed you two very simple goals.

    Cheers Grifter.

And then proceeded to **** it up and lose! Well done, we all know what counts, the attendance or the result.

If you mean he is nearly 600 miles away and therefore unable to attend matches then yes. But he is by far and away more intelligent and informed than most of your fans who went to the match!!

But enough from Ipswich fans on here! I came over and we had some good hearted banter and I left it alone the next day so we could move on. You guys are just looking bitter and jealous by coming over and sounding off on our threads.

As for the game itself I think the result flatters QPR. They did very little to warrent the win. We were out passing them and dominating long periods of the game. The officials were appalling yet again, as soon as we went 0-1 the ref was happy to book any Watford player who so much as breathed on a QPR player. Why the hell the he forced Pudil to give the ball back to QPR when Barton had already gotten up when Green smashed it out I dont know! The idea of putting the ball out is to allow treatment, which he clearly didnt need! So why should they keep possession when Barton was clearly faking injury? Talk about wanting to give the game to QPR!!

I honestly think that the team I saw today for QPR will fail in the play-offs and be royally screwed as a result. If they were promoted, they are looking at a transfer embargo at the least, with the possibility of a £50m fine for breaching FFP rules, and when they do fail in the play-offs they will face an £80m fine and possible transfer embargo. So either way they are screwed!
