Tebow will be gone after this season. He no longer has confidence in himself, opening the door to that nice young Greg McElroy to prove himself. His series against the Titans was an unmitigated disaster. Tim Tebow needs an offense built around him. They did that in Denver. Which begs the question: If he was so great, why did Denver sign Peyton "Old Man"-ning?
