My City fan mate was sitting close to the Watford fans and said there were a few acting idiots - one was doing monkey chants and got taken away by stewards/police. I was as embarassed by our fans singing "United" songs as he was with some of there's singing "Small Town in Looton..." You can take the boys out of Hemel, but you can't......
i was sitting 20ish rows up from the front and just to the left of the goal, and where i was, everyone was very well behaved and very loud. Yes, there were a few younger fans shouting 'United' but i just saw it as harmless banter...generally it was great, but i've heard about some of the more unwanted fans...though i think they were few and far between. The one who screamed something rather racist at Zola, with instructions to do something with someone on the pitch that i won't repeat..that was the one that was carted away from what i understand. There was also the one who had drunk far too much and didn't quite make it to the loo in time, and then there were a few others who were just taking chants a bit too far perhaps, but i didn't see any of it thankfully and left there in very good spirits.
From where i was (right by the City fans on the right hand side in the bottom tier as the Watford fans faced the pitch) there were no problems/malice whatsoever. It was all light-hearted etc. One thing I did hear was when some Watford fans chanted 'Rooney, Rooney' some Man City fans chanted at the same time 'Munich, Munich' but it was a very, very small minority (I probably have enough fingers to count them). It did seem some Watford fans wanted to make a proper game of it and got trolleyed, I think you know its gone a bit too far when you cant get to the toilet quick enough!
