    First free kick he went for the spectacular goal instead of finding Carroll...Second was straight to keeper....Not a team player and a waste of space IMO!

    I am actually starting to believe that as unlikely as it was Adams crossing/dead ball ability in that first year for Blackpool was a fluke. It's just completely deserted him.

    It's clearly too soon to call for Rodgers to be sacked... let's wait till he loses his first game... once he does- then I will agree with you. Who cares if it is away against Barcelona- with our entire first team sick with West Nile Virus so forced to play our youth team... lose one game... then you're out... but not before.

    Being Devils advocate though: if he stays and does it for match after natch & gets dropped each time at first opportunity he'll get demoralised eventually.
