Think it's the squad captain thing. Dawson going from being captain most games last season to being nothing this season would have been a bit disrespectful to him. Dudgeon's obviously first choice now, but Dawson is a player who's professionalism is a good example to the youngsters so it's only right he be given that position. If Ayala comes in for Hobbs as well though will it make McKenna the captain on Saturday?
