How many fans are Cardiff planning to take up on Saturday? Decent following when they've been at the KC before and usually been a bit of noise, may generate some atmosphere!
Saw the Cardiff team bus parked up at The Village Hotel in Hessle friday night. Malky Mckay and his coaching staff having a car park walk and the squad in the bar. No sign of Gerrard so he must have been in bed watching the Warrington Leeds rugby league game on sky. A few of them looked well cream crackered.
If you'd just travelled from cardiff to Hull on a coach you'd probably look pretty knackered too. It's a hell of journey and 5 hours sitting on a coach seat when you only have a 4 hour bum can make you feel knacked. But I think you'll find they'll be full of life this afternoon.
They've had a pretty big ten days or so which has included a 120 minute league cup tie plus games against two of the promotion favourites. The last thing they probably want would be a long away trip against a side who will be there or thereabouts come may.
From the BBC website: There is perfect symmetry in league matches between these clubs; Hull have won 18, Cardiff 18 with 18 drawn. Each club has scored 69 goals. So the symmmetry will be broken what ever happens today.
