Fulltime 2-1 . Did well for most of the game but just couldn't find the goal. Need to be tighter with these set pieces. 2-1 at Bolton isn't so bad.
Two sloppy goals to conceed, but we should have had a penalty by the sounds of things. But it was great to hear Doyley score. We have to improve our set piece defence though!!!!!
Never would have had us down to win this in all honesty, shame they were sloppy goals though. Enjoy the weekend ladies and gents.
I have returned to see Watford lose and Lloyd scores. I would have asked a win but a goal from Lloyd is just as good!
We have to get at least 4 points from the next 2!!! The upside is that we did look good going forward in the 2nd half.
Aww, you should have come!!! The ref was appalling..apart from the obvious penalty, Iwelumo was getting pushed, shoved, held, etc etc, and nobody got anything for it til the 90th minute, as well as a few unfair decisions going against us, unnecessary yellow cards and Bolton getting away with murder...very frustrating..though the home crowd were on the back of the linesman who was equally bad. Unbelievable isn't it! And btw, Bernard Mensah has also been given the number 40 shirt, so they're doubling up on numbers! Bloody amazing, whether he meant it or not! So obvious, we all went mental at the ref! Forestieri is getting fab reviews from training...and although he didn't do too much, he looked really good when he got the chance, and he's also very short! we did look good in the second half and definitely deserved a draw but somehow, with Doyley scoring, it still felt like a win..shame it wasn't! lol
So, i have seen both Doyley goals (and i suspect there aren't too many that can say that! lol) and this time it was up my end! Yay! Definitely going to drag Miss Hornette to more games now, as she has seen both two, and she rarely goes to Watford matches these days!
