Definitely. Tactically on the ball, very positive about people who are doing their jobs well, and honed in on some of the things that REALLY annoy fans, in particular wasting set pieces.

Saw in the news today an education minister stated they wanted all "9 yr olds" to be able to do their times tables!!! I thought we all knew those by age 6 or 7 !It seems education standards like refereeing standards are falling rapidly!
