Already been over. There actually one sarcastic mag making his own excuses for us then applying them on our behalf. If that's not clutching nowt is They'd call that beelin' I do believe.
In reference to a match against us. That thread today is unrelated to Newcastle, and there's still cryin about the Derby
From http://www.physioroom.com/news/english_premier_league/epl_injury_table.php#c18 So looks like a few will miss the next week or so. Matthews a bit longer
It's my own fault. I went over in response to ACS creeping on here and now I keep getting alerts ......... that'll teach me.
Tongue in cheek mate. I don't get the obsessed tag. It's natural to make threads and have discussions about your arch rivals. Especially when they ship 6. Sure there will have been one on here when we got drubbed by Man C a few weeks back.
AYe not looking great at the back. Next up is southampton at home, and they look ****ing lethal lately. **** knows BSA should do . I reckon we might just go for the draw. Bus firmly parked as ****e as that sounds. We have a horrible run till January. PAnts -------Rodders---Brown-----Coates---- Yedlin------------M'Villa--------------Jones (yes effectively 6 at the back) LArson-----Johnson---Borini -------------------Fletcher------------------- EEK!!
Why are you worried about it? I absolutely agree with him! It would've felt like a win to have come back from 2-0 down to draw from a team who has lost from a losing position in almost every game for three seasons? If you'd got back from 0-2 last week it would've felt like a win. Not sure why anything is worrying
People read so much into these daft comments. Tufty said, when he was given the job, that he'd accepted because 'Newcastle are a club which is totally united on and off the pitch' Apart from a concerted campaign to oust the manager, death threats against the owner, sit ins/walk outs, funeral marches, protests, media onslaughts, booing, on-line petitions, etc etc .............. yes, totally united
Performance wise on the ball we were better today than last week. Defensively we were so bad it's terrifying. Going forward we were slick and created chances (17 shots with 9 on target and 2 hitting the post)! No idea why we were defending so high up the field? Made it so easy for them
There were negatives today but certainly some positives as well. I accept the score as part of being in this league....let's just move onto the Southampton game....we will be be fine after 38 games....onward and upward....haway the lads!!!!!
That would have been like a win, yes. But it didn't finish 2-2, it finished 6-2, and he still said that that comeback was enough. Very strange quote. I've always read a lot into manager's comments as you can learn a lot from it. It was obvious sometimes with Alan Pardew that he wasn't pushing our players on to do better after we lost games, he defended them TOO much and gave them every excuse to think that playing ****e was okay.

Eh? What utter ****e you spout sometimes. He's right. You say he's right as well but then say he's wrong because we lost? 2-2 we should've tightened up and did what we did against your lot. If it finished 2-2 it would've felt like a win because we were 2-0 down. So you try to create an argument that basically isn't there. Oh and we weren't ****e by the way. Had more attempts on and off target than you did in your world beating performance against us. Defensively poor. Particularly after Cattermole went off
It didn't finish 2-2 though...so how can it feel like a win? That's like McClaren saying that last week felt like a win because we battered you for 40 minutes.
That's not what he said. He said it as in "getting back from 2-0 to 2-2 is like a win" he's basically saying we should've tightened up at that point imbecile. You read what you want. Totally different to mcclarens comment
Your staunch defence of anything Sunderland used to be admirable, crosses the line to pathetic far too often now though. Not so sure the personal abuse was warranted either but that's just you isn't it. Have a good afternoon
What people say when they've been proved wrong ...... 'I'm off out, going to work, better things to do, etc'
