Partlyn because if the player don't what to do because of the manager, they look clueless- they'll be playing according to a gameplay which is come on boys you can do it. I dearly hoped he would evolve but he's going backwards

And all I said previously is that the players must also take a huge chunk of the blame for poor performances

 

Brighton 5 shots on target 3 goals week after week we see this .

 

the longer version is that I agree that the players do shoulder some responsibility, but a key motivational aspects is having a well rehearsed game plan and each player knows their role in all aspects of the game. At the moment, unless it is get to the wing and hit an aimless cross, they are bereft of ideas - that is down to the management team.
