Not sure if it's already been said, but the thing that really annoyed me today (excusing some pretty bad behaviour from some 'fans' at times) was at the very end of the game. With about a minute left, we broke down the right hand side, and, with the exception of Hooper, Becchio and Redmond, ALL the other ****ing players were ambling up the pitch, strolling along like all they wanted to do was go inside and sit down. Then, just before Ruddy was about to take the kick that signalled the end of the game, the players, again, were merely ambling to their positions; head down, no-one clapping their hands, getting people pumped, pushing for one last attack. They showed no belief, no desire and no passion and that was the thing that really hurt me today. I don't care if we're ****, but I expect the players to care in abundance. Some of them were a disgrace today. Couple of quick words for Redmond and Yobo though. When the final whistle went, I'm pretty sure Redmond was crying, hence why he was the only player who got my applause at the end. Good to see he cares, and that atmosphere must have been horrible for a 20-year-old to deal with. Yobo, meanwhile, was excellent throughout. Finally, I'd like to point you to the first line of my signature below. There were 26,800 of us there today. There are five games left. We never abandon our team, and we never give up.
Hughton did make a sub that went on to score in the Saints debacle when Goalmander came on to poke one in, can`t be arsed to reply with quote from someones question earlier.
Norfolk born, got dragged to Suffolk at age 4, as soon as I left scool at 16 n year's and 4 months, I moved away!
Was it something we said! Chin up Dave mate I know your hurting have a couple of glasses of Malt tonight and things will seem better!
You should write a memoir about this traumatic time. Horrendous tragedies are always popular. Call it something like "12 years a slave".
That suggests there is something remotely amusing or fun about living in Suffolk. So that title is not plausible.
