The guys at the ground as you describe them, didn't think much of that offering either, but one good thing about these guys is that by the time the next match comes round they will have filled themselves with hope and excitement and look look forward to another encounter. Players carrying injuries put the club first on Wednesday night and Celtic had a duty towards their long term careers to rest them so that they have a chance of recovery. What would annoy the crowd at the game and Lennon most was it was the more experienced players, eg. Hooper hit both posts, Lustig involved in mix-up with keeper and Forrest and Mtthews, perhaps young players but both have played many games together who allowed the Hibs player to look good and walz in for a goal. I am not saying any of these players played badly but if they had avoided their mistakes or misses we would probably have won. I would imagine that N.Lennon will want these youngsters to go back and play with their team mates and reflect and learn from their experiences.
