3 Wins in a row, although not great performances, it was good to get points on the board, before we go into 3 tough games against Palace, Liverpool & Chelsea. If we hadn't got the 9 points we might have been in a bit of trouble.
Kevin has struggled after the Leeds game to give consistent performances, maybe trying to replicate that Leeds match that gave us a buzz, but has tried to be too much of a solo performance player and Marco needs to calm him down into creating more options for others.

Yes, a very welcome 9 points. How we have done that I don't know. I've been worried for these AFCON departures and here we are with maximum points so far during their absence. I'm not sure what to predict v Palace. I do know I was gutted when we lost in the last minute against them at the Cottage. In that game we deserved a point at least !

A point gained from Palace away, could have been 3 points if the chances were taken near the end of the game.
Started to pull away from the bottom 3 even the with 3 three off at AFCON and 3 injuries Sess, King & Muniz. Reports of Tete with hamstring problem.
Liverpool & Chelsea at home will be tough losing those players. Muniz was seen in the away at Palace, so hoping he is in recovery mode.

What a goal by Harrison last night. Just at that sinking feeling that we had been robbed of at least a point along come old Reed to score a blinder. That is why I love football and particularly Fulham. I thought it was a great game. Image what we could do with when a few of our regular players are back !

This won't change anything but, has anyone heard of the VAR discretionary rule for their offside analysis, as explained why Liverpool's 1st goal was given, albeit he was ahead of our last defender?
Anyway, a good performance and a well deserved draw.
I was waiting for Mac Allister to hit a worldie, and then up steps Harrison, absolutely brilliant!

Harrison Reed Belter of a goal. I was one of the crowd who shouted Shoot when he got the ball, but I wasn't expecting that.

My least favourite player in the Premier got a Red card and we got the result against Chelsea we deserved. The old MopHead tried to plead his innocence with the Ref and I was in stitches at his Oscar winning performance with hands on head and his little arms waving at the Ref saying Noooo I didn't foul him.
Raul & Harry brought home the points again.

Did you see this clip of Gusto scuffing the penalty spot -

Well they've been cheating for years, so this is par for the course.

We seemed to run of of luck against Leeds, poor poor performance, let's hope they are back to better form for Brighton.
ESR & Lukic may be injured after the game, so AFCON guys coming back for that game should help beef up the squad.
Muniz & Tete back in light training as well.

Not the best of performances against Brighton but another Wilson curler in the 92nd min got us the 3 points.
Man Utd seem to have got the new manager boost, but can they keep it up against 'Little Old Fulham'.
Our last away performance at Elland Road was a bit worrying so can we get back on track and put in a decent performance against an inform United ?

I expect Bassy to add 3 at the back and a confident performance. It will be another close encounter.
Hopefully we can maintain 7th in the league.

It was the same old story for Old Trafford, never really get the rub of the green in a ground where we have had previous misfortune of poor Refereeing decisions and again Silva picked up his usual yellow card.
One worry is Raul seemed to be injured even before taking the penalty, Muniz is back in training but will he be ready for Everton.
Everton's away form is better than their home form, they've had a run of drawn games so going to be a tough game to win.

Well the season is slowing down for us. The International break and being out of the Cup did us no favours. Two lackluster away performances against Liverpool & Brentford see us clinging by our fingernails for a chance in European. Marco's football is starting to look a bit like Parkerball, possession but no end product.
The Marco Silva situation drags on, while the likes of Glasner & Iriola have come out to say they are leaving. A big merry go round of managers in and out during the summer looks to be the upcoming theme will Silva be one of them ?

It's a reoccurring theme, you need to improve to stay still in the EPL. I believe without some serious investment in the squad, including new contracts, and all asap, Marco may well start looking elsewhere. Marco has ambitions for FFC, but if FFC don't, the two don't marry up. It is hard to think of which bigger club in the EPL who are looking for a new manager would be of interest, hiring and firing in the blink of an eye. Marco is likely to go abroad if not happy, IMO.

The Brentford & Arsenal games were an embarrassment, but stuck in the middle was the victory against Villa was a half decent performance, especially in the first half when Fulham were at peak performance.
But that sums up our season...hit or miss... Silva's become very regimented in his tactics and we don't seem to have the players who can make a difference. As a team we function but as individuals there is no player that sparks us into life, that grabs a game by the throat.

Another lame performance against Wolves considering we were in the fight for a European place. Same old story of slow build up, ponderous passing and no real threat to the goal.
Silva is starting to embarrass himself, just kicking the can down the road when asked about his future.
