    FWIW Thai, it was 6 yards out and Morison hammered it at the goal, nothing the R's defence could do. Not a wonder goal like Pilks's so don't worry

    +2 (and my wife when she gets back from work). Good game - feisty as expected, poor old Barton, he just can't keep it to himself. Thought the back 4 were largely on top of things, Zak barely misses a header and Ayala looking more comfortable. Great win. I'm quite pleased and looking forward to NW's invective with gusto. I can see the flecks of spittle on my screen now as he spits out his dummy again. Ha ha!

    You watch NW tonight - it is bound to be somebody's fault. You never know he may just admit that Barton was in the wrong but it will still be the refs fault for not blowing sooner or Holt's reaction or the Norwich bench or a passing seagull who happened to swoop over the pitch at the wrong time or the fact that Saturn's moon is in Gemini this month!!! Sad, sad man.

    There is a now a lot of teams 8-10 points behind us. They must have to play us and each other along the way. If we can be patient, which I must admit, we had to be today, and just don't drop points to teams below us, then I'm sure we can survive.
    ManC and ManU have more points than the top two normally have at this stage so the middle or bottom must have less. WE nearly survived with 33 last time didn't we? Only 8 behind that now.
    Give the rest a run out aginst Burnley and if we get hammered like against MKDons then I don't care. Keep them fit for a tricky January.

    Just knew Norwich would score, the longer it went on the bigger the space they were allowed, bugger it!!!!!

    Still thought lads played well, there were times when it was hard to tell who had 10 players & who had 11. Deep in doggy do now but at least wolves & blackburn lost, 2 weeks to sort things out before visit to toon.

    I think equally as important as the points tally is the number of teams below us. They all have to play each other, and will take points off each other, and we can hopefully keep our heads and keep picking up points where we can. Fingers crossed we're looking safe by the end of March, I'd be a little worried looking at our run-in if we really needed points.
