    Forgot to mention how bad Brunt was. So slow to the ball...

    Ward's got great experience and is a man of the highest integrity but he is simply not achieving anything at the moment. Chesterfield are a good side, but they are going through a dodgy patch and were there for the taking. I cannot understand how Ward has set the team up not to concede, but at the expense of any attacking prowess whatsoever.

    I'm also beginning to doubt his motivational skills too. Why are so many of the team either playing poorly or just going through the motions? The abysmal start to the season has cost us any chance of promotion at the very least - and things could get a lot worse than that. The blame lies with the manager and the team he has created. With our budget we should be doing a lot, lot better.

    If things don't change by the end of November he should go, in my opinion.
