Reports from L'Equipe are suggesting that PSG are hoping to open talks with Mata that will see him move to Paris. How do we feel about that and how likely so you think it will be?

Would not like him to go at all, but better to them than to a rival in our own league I guess.

Hijack Ozil and he can go lol

Cant understand why anyone would let Mata go. One hell of a player.

Does he want to go? Or is Mourinho forcing him out?

I doubt he wants to go, and I doubt Mourinho wants to let him go. But there is doubt over his ability to defend when we do not have the ball, which is why De Bruyne and Schurrle have been preferred to him. That is my belief anyway

I'm still hoping it is a case that his fitness is behind the others and that's why he isn't starting much. I think after the international break he'll feature more.

Will be gutted to see him go and nothing Jose has said suggests he'd let him go. Moses going on loan leaves us 6 players for 3 positions which is perfect.

PSG are just trying to take advantage of paper talk IMO and really can't see this happening. But stranger things have happened....

JUAN MATA UPDATEFrance football writer Matt Spiro: "Paris St Germain have pulled the plug on midfielder Mathieu Bodmer's proposed move to Nice. Bodmer is certainly not the same kind of player as Juan Mata, but this may be a sign that the French club are not confident of getting the Chelsea man."

BBC transfer news. Hope they are right.

Not confident Mata is in Joses plans, and after the Lukaku /Eto'o episode, think Joses'plan is the same as the old one, defend ,defend, defend, long ball to Drogba, sorry, Eto'o. Hope I'm wrong, would love to see us less conservative.
