The first golfing Major is nearly upon us, the Masters at the Augusta National golf course which will be resplendent in green and the flowers in full bloom once again. We can finally stop asking if it will it be Rory's year this year after he just about beat Justin Rose on the final hole of last years tournament, maybe now asking the question is it going to be Tommy Fleetwood's or Justin Rose's time in 2026...!!
As usual, form around here is prominent in the betting, its amazing how many players with good course knowledge gain top 10's year after year, and that's my line in to picking out my selections...

I'm not a big fan of him personally, but i have to doff my cap to him for playing in Europe and trying out different courses than the tracks over in the US. Obviously, he is the 2018 Masters champion so knows the course and what is required to win here, and his 3rd place finish last year followed on from a T12th and T4th the previous two. 25/1 to finish top 10 is a good bet to me, he might even go on to win it, you never know...??

To be honest he's my go to player this season in whatever tournament he plays, but he dos carry good stats around this course anyway. Tied 8th last year, it shows he's ready to step up and maybe, just maybe claim his first Major title...??

The Korean isn't firing on full bore at the moment, which is a worry, but maybe a return to the hollowed turf of Augusta might perk him up a little. Tied 5th last year with all four scores being sub-par rounds, with two other top 20 finished in the last four years, T-16th in '24, and T-8th in '20. At a big price to finish in the top 10, I'm having that...!!
