I haven't cheered a result at the final whistle so much all season. Its better than demolishing a **** team 6-1 or 4-0. Tonight we played a very good side who pass the ball well and have a number of quality players, and we managed a victory, the kind of win that gets you promoted. Last season thats the type of game we would have drew or lost. In fact the 2 games v boro last season compared to this shows our progress. we drew both games against them last year when we should have won, this year we edged both one with a 90th minute winner, one with a 92nd minute peno save. These little differences get you promoted. I thought our defence were the key last night throwing themselves into blocks and morgan is just beast- that tackle on jutcewicz late on was brilliant. Overall a very good night even though it took me about 2 hours to get to the match from abbey lane!!

oh and before hull fans come on about the attendance- the roads were gridlocked so most wouldnt have been able to get there.

Think Boro are incomplete up front, and thats a good thing, as they would be much higher up the league, we have taken 6 points off them this season, and we're only 3 better off, which shows that they have had better results this season.

With loans returning/injuries, Hull are actually worse off than when they started January, luckily they have a pretty simple match today, its not like they are going in under-equipped against a rival/top team.

Palace i think will be hit with inconsistency this month, even if its only regarding speculation over Zahas future, theres still going to be unrest.

One to watch is Watford, they win their 2 games in hand, and they'll be right behind us!

watford will finish 3rd behind Leicester and Cardiff, boro will stay about where they are unless they sign a striker like becchio or someone like wood to be a focal point. Maybe that ex Cov guy could be the man he looked decent when he came on.

They've only got one game in hand on us, so they'd needs us to lose to go level.

Simple match? they beat cardiff away and have been known to bang some goals in. We all thought they would beat Sheff Weds but lost 3-1 they have lost elmo and that **** keeper and still struggle to score goals, hull will be play offs at best unless they get in 2 or 3 players this month.

Who cares what Hull need, what do LC fans think we still need ? apart from having a top run in & keeping hold of KS, AK, WM, RDeL, DD & CW (to name a few, feel free to add to the list) that is.

We dont NEED anyone. A new player or 2 would be nice but its not essential like it is for Hull

Sky are saying were after Craig Dawson on loan from WBA. He is a centre half

I do not care!! how many people where there last night,or how bad the weather was? I do not care what the Hull or other fans think? I was there, and I enjoyed this game more than any one this year. It had me up and down from my seat all game, woodwork 4 times, 3 goals 2 offside ( not so sure about one of them ) penalty claims? And a last min penalty save. This game was a massive 3 points, and they are, make no mistake a good Boro side. The players were so ecstatic at the end you knew it meant so much to them too.And when the season ends I will say this match is when the side came of age.Care a bit really:smiley-finger007:
