Yeah the cheating twats are the masters. I can't stand to watch them and they surround the ref every opportunity. Cheat cheat cheat. If they try and make a game of it tonight and win then good. But just to watch them rolling around makes me sick.

So... I learnt today that no matter how decent a runner you were 18 months ago that it is a big mistake to think you can just rock up and compete at a half marathon with no training.

Literally cannot get off the couch.
