That first sentence is exactly why it's so hard to convict rape/SA. Ched Evans was innocent, completely innocent, yet he's labelled as a rapist now for the rest of his life.

 

What evidence did Evans submit that made him so unequivocally innocent?

I don't know if you can call Evans 'completely innocent' regardless of what the court heard. Completely innocent men are rarely if ever accused of sexual assault or rape.

By the same logic Greenwood is completely innocent because no court has found him guilty.

 

I would definitely have him.....not been to court or charged ...so no problem for me

 

Charges being dropped is not the same thing as not being charged.
