I have some sympathy for the lad; it must have been hard moving away from Sunderland where he had developed, and moving down here on a full-time basis. And I'm sure he had hopes, and even expectations, that he would be starting almost every game. But, ultimately, he has looked lost in the Sousa/Sven regime and has badly struggled. He has no technical ability, his composure infront of the goal is non-existant and he generally just doesn't offer anything to the team other than running. As someone else said, he's a poor man's Iain Hume and ultimately, we've moved on from that.
