The usual - money, bigger club, bigger budget...
Not saying he will like, as he comes across as an honourable man. However, I'm not sure that Soton will fancy having the uncertainty of their manager running his contract down next season either.
If he doesn't sign a new deal on the South Coast in the next few weeks, then my view would be that he's quite likely to move on this summer, whether that would be to us or not is anyone's guess.
